Short videos on what business owners ask us most before they keep their new site.

Can I keep my domain?

Yes, three ways. Leave it where it is: your domain and your email stay in your account; your panel shows three records to add there and checks them for you, and putting the old values back undoes it. Move it to us: paste the transfer code from your current registrar into your panel; it takes about five days and the domain stays in your name. Keep your current hosting: download your site from your panel and we help you upload it — edits in your panel only go live on our hosting, and some website builders don't accept an upload.

Will my email keep working?

Yes. If your domain stays where it is, your email isn't touched at all. If you move your domain to us, you choose before you pay: move it (the same addresses, in the mailbox that comes with your plan, and we can copy your old messages over), forward it to an inbox you already read, or keep it where it is — what we pick for you on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Move or forward, and you can close the old account; keep it, and leave that account open.

Can I change things myself?

Yes, any time, in your panel. Edit your text: click the words, type, save, and it's live in seconds. Edit lists and prices (on most sites): your menu, prices, hours or team, row by row, with a photo for each row. Anything bigger, like a new main photo or a new section? Ask for a change and we make it — up to eight a day, anything more is done the next day. Or just email us, with your photos attached.

Will I lose my place on Google?

Here's what you keep. Until you switch, your current site stays exactly as it is, and your preview is hidden from Google. When you switch, every old page address keeps working, or leads to the closest new page. Your business name, address and phone stay exactly as Google already knows them, and every page gets its own title and description, with your business details in the form Google reads. Nobody can promise you a ranking, and we won't.

Where do contact-form messages go?

Straight to your email, every field the visitor filled in — press reply and you're writing back to them. They go to the address you gave us for your preview; want them somewhere else? Before you buy, tell us in a reply. After that, the Contact form card in your panel sends them to up to three addresses, and a new one confirms by link first. A quiet check in the background keeps most spam out.
